Most of us start the New Year full of motivation and plans for self improvement, whether that’s getting fit, eating healthier or losing weight. But it doesn’t take long for all that enthusiasm to fall by the wayside.

In fact, only around one in eight people successfully kept a resolution last year according to a survey by Bupa.

So here at the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust we want to help you out. Join one of our charity fundraising events, from runs to cycles to treks abroad, and we’ll help you with your journey towards achieving your goal.

Not only will having something to work towards help you stick to your resolution, but we’ll also send you our fundraising pack which is full of ideas on how to stay motivated and encourage people to donate to your cause. And we’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

Plus you’ll also have the incredible feeling of knowing that you’re not just improving your own wellbeing – you’re also making a real difference to the lives of babies and young children with retinoblastoma. We don’t receive any government funding so we rely on public donations to fund our work. You can find out more about where your money goes here.

So please join Team CHECT and make 2016 the year that you did something really amazing.
