We had a lovely family day at Chester Zoo on 6 June, thanks to donated tickets from the Community Connection Scheme. It was great to see lots of familiar faces from previous meet-ups, as well as some new families. Everyone got there bright and early to meet and chat – joined by some incredibly friendly ducks! We then headed off to enjoy all the fun of the zoo, including the bat cave – a whole host of exotic animals as well as a bat cave and butterfly house.
