We had such a lovely day at the National Space Centre in Leicester! Nine families joined Lena, Sarah, and Lucy from the team for an afternoon filled with fun, rocket-making, star-gazing, and exploring the museum’s fantastic exhibits. We were also thrilled to hand out three CHECT Champion awards to Esmae, Xavi and Flynn who’ve shown incredible bravery during their retinoblastoma treatment. It was a brilliant day, full of smiles and wonderful memories!

What our members said: “I enjoyed how much the kids had fun!” “It was lovely to chat to other families and have some light-hearted competition.” "I spoke to more families at this event which was really nice, the venue is also fabulous!” The rocket challenge was very engaging and a range of stickers for the children to enjoy. “It feels like you're not alone and there are other parents that you can talk with.”
